Scope

PELKA PAULINA offers digital product design, development and evolution. Website forms are demonstrations. Submitting them creates no paid order or contract.

Proposal

Real work requires a separately accepted proposal defining features, deliverables, prerequisites, pricing, timing and payment. A visitor’s indicative budget is not a guaranteed price.

Delivery and changes

Milestones, review procedures, acceptance criteria and correction periods are agreed in the contract. Scope changes require agreement on cost and schedule.

Intellectual property

File delivery does not automatically assign all rights. Any assignment specifies the rights, scope, purpose, territory and duration. Third-party licences continue to apply.

Confidentiality and support

Confidentiality and support are agreed for each project. Handover covers relevant access and documentation. Maintenance is included only when expressly agreed.

Liability and termination

Responsibilities and termination arrangements follow the agreement and mandatory law. No blanket exclusion of legal rights or absolute security guarantee is made.

Businesses and consumers

Business and consumer terms differ where required. Before any consumer sale, mandatory pre-contract information, applicable withdrawal information and the competent mediator’s details must be provided. This demonstration cannot conclude such a sale.

Disputes

An amicable solution is sought first. French law applies subject to mandatory client protections. This page does not impose exclusive jurisdiction on consumers.
